📋 Description

• Plan, organize, and manage requests for proposals, RFPs, and RFIs of varying complexity, priority, and risk • Lead the proposal, RFP, and RFI process in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment • Foster collaboration between different business units • Respond to questions about the company’s business and insurance products and services • Interact with sales, marketing, legal, underwriting, actuary, and other subject matter experts • Create accurate, customer-facing materials • Develop final presentation materials and proposal deliverables that are compliant, competitive, and compelling

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required • 3 - 5 years of related experience preparing proposals, RFP’s and RFI’s • Proficiency with SharePoint, Salesforce, MS Excel and Adobe highly preferred • Ability to lead proposal, RFP and RFI processes in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment • Strong leadership, organizational, issue resolution, interpersonal, and time management skills • Ability to collaborate with different business units • Must satisfy criminal background investigation and employment, education and licensing verification requirements • Must be bondable
