📋 Description

• Design and implement enterprise-level production solutions • Implement and maintain new features and capabilities while continuously improving technical products and services • Build and share technical expertise with the team and organization • Follow industry and organizational best practices and standards • Participate in communities of practice and contribute to continuous improvement • Automate processes and create maintainable, supportable, and testable solutions • Keep up with technology trends and innovations • Provide operational support and troubleshooting for products and services • Maintain controls and documentation for company and regulatory compliance • Provide coaching and training for new or less experienced team members • Work with self-directed, cross-functional, and product-oriented teams • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology field or equivalent combination of education and work experience • 4+ years of .NET web development experience • Recent VB.NET or C# experience in enterprise web and API development • Demonstratable results producing enterprise-level production solutions • Demonstratable full-stack development experience • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Willingness to work in a highly-collaborative environment • Solid understanding and practical experience with modern software development practices, tools, and/or hardware technologies • Understanding of common IT security best practices • Position not eligible for immigration sponsorship
