📋 Description

• Lead and oversee documentation, funding, and booking of lease and loan portfolio transactions • Manage the multiple-stage process for closing and funding complex middle market and large-ticket lease transactions • Manage pre-funding administration, including documentation creation and review • Negotiate complex transactions in conjunction with the Sales Team • Coordinate approvals for non-standard transactions to ensure regulatory compliance and protect the bank's interests • Ensure accurate and timely booking and funding of transactions • Oversee documentation negotiations with third-party sources and investors for bought or sold transactions • Track and follow up on documentation exceptions • Oversee transaction documentation preparation and verify system handling of transaction structures • Assist the Sales Team with documentation negotiation and complete documentation packages • Submit negotiated documentation for legal, accounting, and tax review as required • Coordinate verification of pricing, special credit requirements, residual positions, and return provisions • Supervise funding and booking and ensure accurate system input • Coordinate receipt of transaction and sale/assignment documentation from indirect sources • Work with Syndications investors to ensure transactions are documented correctly and completely and facilitate transaction sales • Provide timely, candid, and constructive performance feedback; develop employees; build talent pools; support succession planning; recognize and reward accomplishments • Manage risk by identifying, assessing, monitoring, managing, and reporting risks while following bank policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 10 plus years related work experience in the leasing Industry • 2-5 years of Direct Doc Team Lead experience preferred but not required • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, & Access • InfoLease experience preferred • Legal Background a plus • Bachelor's degree required; Business or finance emphasis preferred • Strong Customer Service Orientation • Excellent analytical ability • Understanding of varied lease structures and corresponding complex documentation
