📋 Description

• Enter pre-qualifications and applications in the Loan Origination system • Evaluate loan options with the Loan Consultant according to product and credit guidelines • Identify loan adjustments and execute changes of circumstance in the loan origination system • Order, copy, and include all file components in the loan package before processing • Set customer expectations regarding rate inquiries, appointments, loan status, and other necessary information • Confirm and attend appointments and review required application documents with customers • Liaise between the Loan Consultant, Fulfillment, and Sales Support • Assist in other areas as needed • Support the day-to-day sales functions of Mortgage Loan Originators and multiple Mortgage Loan Officers • Manage, monitor, and report risks while following bank policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum one-year customer service, mortgage processing, or loan originations experience • Broad understanding of residential mortgage loans • Proven computer skills with knowledge of Windows-based applications • Knowledge of federal lending regulations governing residential real estate lending • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated teamwork and customer service skills • Ability to analyze policies, procedures, and guidelines to maximize productivity while managing risk • Ability to learn and apply conventional, government, portfolio, and computer loan application system guidelines • S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
