📋 Description

• Oversee and own day-to-day client relationship management for assigned commercial clients • Retain clients, identify cross-sell opportunities, and improve client satisfaction and loyalty • Maintain and develop credit commitments in accordance with the Commercial Loan Policy • Provide daily client contact, customer service, fee realization, document-file maintenance, and compliant account operation • Manage product enhancement initiatives, cross-sell penetration, and introduction of new services • Extend and monitor existing and proposed credit commitments • Provide industry-specific customer service support and assist with cross-sell efforts as a trusted advisor • Ensure appropriate booking and reporting of collateralized deposits • Identify, assess, manage, monitor, and report risks within the Bank's risk appetite • Serve as key daily contact for assigned clients and resolve or escalate issues • Respond to client information requests, questions, and service issues • Coordinate with outside vendors and internal business partners to resolve client issues • Oversee client conversions and de-conversions, meeting deadlines and resolving project obstacles • Implement new client services in coordination with internal and external parties • Represent the Bank in civic, government, community, charitable, banking, and professional groups • Review and approve fee invoices; follow up on payment and billing accuracy • Meet with clients as needed • Use CRM to maintain records of client communications • Participate in special projects • Provide guidance to junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry • 4 year college degree required and/or equivalent work experience • Commercial credit underwriting experience required • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Experience in an environment emphasizing individual accountability and team-based performance • Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external clients • Ability to use Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, negotiation, and analytical skills • Strong desire to learn • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
