📋 Description

• Provide exceptional consulting services to credit union and bank clients • Support the sales and consulting team in delivering outstanding client service • Drive process improvement initiatives as a change champion • Configure and implement DNA Core Processing functionality • Document client and internal discussions and decisions • Execute assigned duties and work groups efficiently and effectively • Evaluate client readiness for conversion and conduct User Acceptance Testing sessions • Test new DNA product suite features and functionality • Provide backup support to Principal Consultants • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with the DNA Core system • 10+ years of financial industry expertise in finance, accounting, back-office processing, deposit operations, or retail deposit • Strong analytical thinking and strategic consulting skills • Highly motivated to meet deliverables and deadlines • Proficiency in MS Office tools • Core system administration experience • Experience with large enterprise-wide application systems • SQL development experience • Experience with HTML5 and CSS • Experience with Fiserv DNA and WMF technology • Familiarity with Wolters Kluwer and Ascensus forms module • Knowledge of DocuSign Online and printed media Desktop Design • Knowledge of printer and peripheral installation, configuration, and troubleshooting • Ability to travel up to 50–75%, including weekends and holidays • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience would be great to have • Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization • Candidates requiring current or future sponsorship will not be considered
