• Support quality implementation and effective delivery of 21st CCLC and LEAPS elementary education programs across assigned partner sites • Maintain a small caseload of sites while providing direct supervision and technical assistance to Lead Associates • Deliver targeted coaching, management support, and troubleshooting to program partners • Guide and support program staff and site teams through implementation, monitoring, and evaluation • Apply out-of-school-time and elementary education best practices to solve implementation problems and adapt solutions to local site needs • Visit assigned sites to conduct observation, coaching, and mentoring, and complete site visit reports • Provide in-person and remote technical assistance to site staff • Communicate with leadership and team members to resolve implementation challenges and share successes • Train, develop, coach, lead, and supervise staff • Analyze program outcomes, site visit metrics, and observation data to provide feedback and develop quality improvement plans • Partner with school district personnel and site leaders to troubleshoot implementation issues • Plan and execute onsite and virtual training events • Maintain a trainee database and knowledge management tools • Collaborate with the Project Director on technical support, coaching, capacity building, grant standards, and expectations • Develop community relationships to expand collaboration and address educational gaps • Create newsletters and program updates to share best practices • Collect and analyze community-needs data related to summer programming and educational access
• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • At least 5 years of relevant experience • Experience supervising a team and managing performance • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with individuals and teams at all levels, internally and externally • Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English • Willingness and ability to travel regionally and nationally up to 30% of the time • Preferred: experience implementing or supporting 21st CCLC, LEAPS, or state-funded extended learning programs • Preferred: experience supervising, coaching, and developing remote, field-based, or multi-site teams • Preferred: experience using data tracking systems and observation tools to evaluate program quality and guide site improvement • Preferred: degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Leadership, Child Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience
