📋 Description

• Lead a group of 8-10 Area Leaders responsible for approximately 100-150 stores • Assist and counsel Area Leaders and Store Operators, including store managers and franchisees, in daily store operations • Maximize sales and gross profit • Serve as a key change agent in a dynamic, evolving business • Complete the Market Leader training program • Staff, train, and supervise Area Leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of related experience, including P&L responsibility • BS/BA degree; MBA preferred • Experience with multi-unit management for both company operations and franchise operations • Multi-unit management experience covering 100-150 small-box stores or 15-50 big-box stores • Strong experience with retail merchandising, preferably in convenience-store and foodservice industries • Ability to travel within the assigned region, with approximately 25% overnight travel • Ability to relocate as needed for this role • Experience or capability in staffing, training, and supervising Area Leaders
