📋 Description

• Support affiliate strategists and managers with day-to-day program management and platform oversight • Set up, manage, and optimize affiliate programs • Ensure link integrity, tracking accuracy, and offer availability • Manage weekly partner recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing optimization • Analyze affiliate performance data and key metrics • Identify trends, report on program health, and make data-backed recommendations to improve ROI • Serve as secondary client point of contact • Contribute expertise to client discussions and strategy • Conduct presentations on program performance and future initiatives • Maintain expertise in affiliate networks and platforms including Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, and AWIN • Collaborate with Affiliate Strategists and Managers across client accounts

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably within an agency environment • Demonstrated success implementing and managing performance-based affiliate programs that drive measurable revenue • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and present data informing client strategy • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to explain technical affiliate concepts to stakeholders • Relationship-driven approach to nurturing and managing key partner relationships • Expertise with major affiliate marketing platforms, including Impact, Rakuten, and CJ • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple client programs and deadlines simultaneously • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must address current or future U.S. employment visa sponsorship needs
