📋 Description

• Lead technology projects with clients, making immediate contributions • Balance technology choices and high-quality work within deadlines • Facilitate architecture and software design discussions • Collaborate on full ML lifecycle projects • Generate solutions to technical and non-technical challenges • Lead feedback conversations via retrospectives • Document outcomes and drive action items • Contribute to team health and 8th Light’s culture

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development • Expertise in various programming languages and frameworks, including Java, C#/.NET, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Go, Ruby, Scala, R, and SQL • Experience with AI/ML-powered feature integration • Strong knowledge of automated testing for software design • Ability to debug and refactor existing code • Experience with Git, MacOS/Linux, and CI/CD • Capability to address scalability, security, reliability, and performance in architecture • Leadership in cross-functional forums for collaboration and problem solving • Experience mentoring colleagues and providing feedback • Strong empathetic communication skills with stakeholders
