📋 Description

• Define technical direction and architecture for the white label React Native platform • Establish and govern modularization standards across engineering teams • Drive adoption of design systems, feature management, and testing strategies • Collaborate with stakeholders to align the technical roadmap with business objectives • Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams • Own mobile platform reliability, performance, and scalability • Lead CI/CD strategy, release governance, and app store compliance • Represent mobile engineering in organizational technical decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of mobile development experience, with 4+ years in React Native leadership roles • Mastery of the React Native ecosystem, architecture patterns, and performance optimization • Proven leadership of 2–4 squads or platform teams with measurable outcomes • Proven experience scaling white-label platforms to hundreds of variants • Governance of multi-package monorepos and release automation across 100+ variants • Expertise in design systems, feature management, and testing strategies • Track record of building and leading engineering teams • Strong experience with release automation and app store processes • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Strategic thinking with hands-on technical capabilities
