📋 Description

• Build and maintain features across the Lucee/CFML backend and Angular frontend • Collaborate on design and architecture decisions from feature scoping through implementation • Design and consume REST APIs, including integrations with payment processors, CRMs, marketing tools, and other third-party platforms • Write clean, maintainable SQL against SQL Server • Troubleshoot production issues and own them through resolution • Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and roadmap planning • Write clear documentation and well-scoped tickets • Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, and Cursor for coding, debugging, documentation, and problem-solving

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years as a full stack developer in a production environment • Strong proficiency with Angular v12+ • Experience with Lucee, ColdFusion (CFML), or a similar server-side language • Candidates without CFML experience must demonstrate a track record of quickly learning new languages • Solid SQL Server skills, including joins, indexes, query optimization, and stored procedures • Experience integrating with third-party REST APIs • Comfortable with Git and standard branching workflows • Demonstrated day-to-day use of AI coding assistants, with judgment about when to trust their output • Ability to collaborate on design, whiteboard, discuss tradeoffs, and push back when appropriate • Experience with GitHub Actions, pull-request workflows, or project boards given priority • Experience with Jira and Agile/Scrum workflows given priority • Experience with payment processors such as Stripe, CyberSource, Paya, or similar given priority • Experience with Microsoft 365, Blackbaud SKY API, or Mailchimp APIs given priority • Background in call center, fundraising, or donation processing platforms given priority • Experience working with distributed or global teams given priority
