📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical owner of the platform • Work directly with the founders to build, improve, and scale the AI marketplace • Lead architecture, backend development, infrastructure, AI agent workflows, production reliability, and engineering best practices • Help shape the company's future and the next generation of AI-powered work

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack or backend software engineering experience • Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React/Next.js, Python, or similar technologies • Experience building and supporting production systems • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, databases, APIs, and CI/CD • Strong English communication skills • Experience using AI coding tools and modern LLM technologies is a plus • Startup or early-stage company experience preferred
