📋 Description

• Build and own scalable SaaS applications end-to-end across frontend, backend, and data layers • Write reliable, readable, efficient, testable production-grade code • Conduct thoughtful code reviews and maintain comprehensive documentation • Design future-ready architectures and proactively close system gaps • Drive system availability and performance across the stack • Investigate, analyze, and resolve reliability issues • Advocate for improved performance and efficiency of software, systems, and processes • Embed unit, integration, and contract testing early and continuously in the development lifecycle • Leverage and advocate for AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude • Drive team-wide engineering best practices and mentor engineers • Partner with Product and Design to translate requirements into intuitive UI and make technical trade-offs • Champion engineering best practices across teams and solve complex, high-impact problems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years building reliable, performant applications and microservices in production environments • Proven full-stack fluency across frontend, backend, and database layers • Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, Node.js, or React.js is a strong plus • Proven frontend experience with React.js • Technical depth in at least one domain such as distributed systems, multi-tenant SaaS, application databases, networking, security, serverless, or event streaming • Drive to build intuitive, customer-focused products • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and desire to teach and support others • Strong communication skills and openness to collaborative idea-sharing across teams
