📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple accounts • Manage client expectations and ensure delivery of high-quality products • Execute complex analytical workflows, including OSINT investigations, web scraping, and enhanced due diligence (EDD) • Review, audit, and aggregate technical data from cross-functional teams • Transform raw data into cohesive, high-level intelligence reports • Analyze large datasets to isolate key findings and identify actionable intelligence • Clarify complex findings into executive-level briefings and present intelligence reports • Coordinate across teams to align technical product requirements with evolving client needs

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in client-facing roles • Deep technical or professional expertise in at least one of: banking and regulatory compliance; cryptocurrency, including blockchain forensics, smart contract decoding, and crypto-native systems and terminology; OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence) • Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and juggle diverse, competing stakeholder requests • Flexible schedule and willingness to occasionally work outside standard business hours for urgent client demands or global time-zone requirements • Fluent in English • Successful background check required • US citizenship preferred but not required for eligibility for specific government-contracted projects and sensitive datasets
