📋 Description

• Provide education and training mission support to the Defense Health Agency (DHA) • Coordinate and facilitate subject-specific working groups for training development • Develop detailed design documents and storyboards for web-based training • Support subject-matter experts (SMEs) with the ADDIE process and adult learning theory • Conduct comprehensive reviews of literature, research, and existing courses as assigned • Support the eLearning SME with LMS duties • Assist with consolidating and presenting course evaluation data • Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, e-learning developers, and editors to create system training materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the curriculum design space • Must be able to pass a DOD background investigation, current DOD background investigation preferred • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Experience with SharePoint (strongly desired) • Proficiency in tools such as: Articulate Storyline, Adobe Suite, Adobe Captivate, Storyblocks, Snagit, WellSaid, Asana
