📋 Description

• Sell all insurance products and services, meeting or exceeding sales goals • Compile coverage and rating information and confirm underwriting criteria, coverage, and premium data • Provide members with product and premium proposals suited to their needs, including packaging when applicable • Develop leads and prospects by responding to referrals promptly • Participate in sales programs and maintain prospect files in the CRM system • Make referrals to Life insurance Agents • Develop familiarity with insurance carrier products, services, technology, and processes • Quote and bind coverage and receive and process member payments • Work with Quality Assurance and Underwriting to minimize errors and omissions exposure • Provide AAA Five Diamond service to current and prospective AAA Insurance clients • Service new insurance accounts by processing payments, researching underwriting criteria, and liaising with insurance companies • Build professional relationships with clients, insurance company representatives, dealerships, and real estate agents • Offer and sell AAA Northeast membership and benefits to clients

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • Associate's Degree preferred • 2+ years insurance sales experience required • Valid Personal Lines License upon hire required • Valid Life Insurance License within 1 year required • Ability to sell and service Personal Lines Insurance products by phone and online • General knowledge of Life products • Familiarity with insurance carrier products, services, technology, and processes • Knowledge of insurance practices, including the scope of an agent's authority • Ability to follow agency processes and procedures for quoting and binding coverage and processing member payments • Ability to work the stated training and schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM training; 5 days/week including 1 weekend day, 11:30 AM–8:00 PM schedule
