📋 Description

• Build relationships and sales with Direct customers • Call inbound leads from the lead database • Set appointments • Maintain lead and prospect systems • Take inbound and some outbound calls from warm leads; no cold calling • Further qualify prospects through questions to understand their business needs • Partner with the underwriting team to ensure policies can be written • Present policies and close deals • Support small business owners and build customer relationships by phone and email • Work across teams and with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of Inside sales experience is required • 1 year of experience in high transactional environments is preferred • An active property & casualty license • Must live and work in the United States (territories excluded) • Access to reliable, high-speed internet
