âą Act as the main liaison between business units and IT, understanding business needs and translating them into actionable technology initiatives. âą Develop a deep understanding of business strategies, goals, and challenges to align IT priorities effectively. âą Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, ensuring continuous alignment and satisfaction. âą Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key products and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives. âą Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to deployment, maintenance, and retirement. âą Lead multi-functional teams to prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value and customer needs. âą Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. âą Support portfolio of IT projects and products, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and deliverables meet business priorities. âą Establish processes for collecting, evaluating, and prioritizing business requirements and IT demands. âą Facilitate collaboration between IT teams, product managers, and business collaborators to drive project success. âą Identify and champion opportunities to use emerging technologies and industry trends to address business challenges. âą Create a collaborative, inclusive, and psychologically safe environment, demonstrating authenticity and fostering trust.
âą Bachelor of Science or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field âą 10 years Product Management âą Commercial and/or Personal Lines insurance experience âą Solid technical background with a deep understanding of product development processes âą Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment âą Experience with data analysis and visualization tools âą Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) âą Proven ability to lead others directly or indirectly, as demonstrated through 5+ years of leading teams, enterprise-wide programs, or large cross-functional programs and at least 2 of those years directly managing others.
