📋 Description

• Lead and support change management efforts for initiatives across one or more departments • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans aligned with business objectives • Maximize employee adoption and anticipate downstream impacts across functions • Conduct impact assessments, partner analyses, and readiness assessments • Define people-specific objectives and key results to support benefit realization • Execute change strategies and participant engagement with increasing independence • Collaborate with project managers to integrate change management activities into project plans • Design and deliver communication and training plans • Coach and support leaders in fulfilling change leadership roles • Identify and manage anticipated resistance and develop mitigation tactics • Track and report change management effectiveness and adoption metrics • Ensure compliance with CSAA IG change management guidelines, including ADKAR, Prosci, and Proxima for key critical initiatives • Design, develop, and implement User Acceptance Testing strategy and plans when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years relevant experience • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Deep knowledge and proven application of change management processes and tools, including team member analysis and management, impact assessment, sponsorship engagement, change strategy, and change story development for complex, large-scale change initiatives • Excellent analytical ability to conduct, interpret, and make or influence decisions based on change management data • Excellent facilitation skills and knowledge of effective group dynamics concepts and processes • Excellent working knowledge and application of training and communications methodologies and guidelines • Strong working knowledge of project management and other lifecycle methodologies • Strong ability to influence at the department/division level and across different layers of leadership • Strong skills in sponsorship coaching and alignment, resistance management, and behavior change • Substantial insurance business knowledge or shared services/consulting functions • Prosci certification or equivalent change management training preferred • MA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred • Ability to travel as needed for the role, including divisional/team meetings and other in-person meetings • Applicants must have authorization to work indefinitely in the United States • CSAA does not provide visa sponsorship; applicants must not require immigration support
