📋 Description

• Perform complex analysis of data for assigned client group and relate it to overall objectives • Research issues by collaborating with departments outside IPM/IPO and gain support for findings and action plans • Apply knowledge from broader issues to recommend procedure development and required analysis • Prepare findings and recommendations for clients • Co-present findings to senior management • Review work of less seasoned staff for accuracy, logic and appropriateness • Develop and potentially coach processes for reporting information to clients • Travel as needed for divisional/team meetings and other in-person meetings • Fulfill business needs, including investing extra time and helping other teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience • 4 years of directly related experience • Superior research, statistical, analytical, processing and mathematical skills with ability to structure and conduct analyses • Adaptability and capability of multi-tasking and strong time management • Ability to make effective formal presentations • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to coach and mentor co-workers and give feedback as required • Knowledge of insurance, accounting and rate-making concepts • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAS, SQL, Visual Basic and various structured analysis and design techniques • Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the US • CSAA does not provide visa sponsorship for this role
