📋 Description

• Help customers care for their car and home assets through insurance services • Take great care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies • Answer inbound calls from policyholders needing policy changes • Develop deep knowledge of insurance products and match customers with appropriate insurance companies • Learn and navigate Jerry.ai’s evolving app • Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and appropriate coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide product feedback and help improve the product • Determine sales or service path through the interview process

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem solving skills • Strong communication skills • Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada, for full-time salaried employment; or in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly employment • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must have a valid P&C license, or obtain one with Jerry.ai’s paid support
