📋 Description

• Manage the marketing and profit & loss of one or more direct marketing programs across term life, travel accident, and guaranteed issue whole life products • Formulate campaign strategy and implement marketing initiatives to drive growth in marketing share and profit • Analyze customer segments, demographics, preferences, behaviors, needs, pain points, and opportunities • Develop targeted segment marketing strategies aligned with business objectives • Partner with the direct marketing team to execute multi-channel campaigns, including direct mail and digital initiatives • Use marketing automation tools to analyze campaign results and optimize performance • Establish KPIs and analyze campaign performance, recommending course corrections to Direct Marketing leadership • Develop campaign pro formas for leadership review and approval • Work with Data Analytics, Audience Selection, and Mail Operations teams to formulate test designs • Collaborate with product teams, sales, and other departments to align segment marketing strategies with business goals • Communicate segment insights, recommendations, strategic direction, and performance to stakeholders • Conduct campaign kickoff and retrospective meetings • Provide creative direction and develop direct mail tactics with agencies while maintaining creative integrity • Develop creative and messaging aligned with the AAA Life brand • Work with legal and compliance to ensure creative meets competitive and regulatory requirements • Implement individual campaign executions, both new and existing • Assist with annual marketing strategy, business plans, budgets, and sales plan reporting • Monitor the competitive environment, insurance industry, and relevant regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field preferred • 5+ years of proven experience in relevant marketing roles • Insurance marketing experience a plus • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data • Experience with direct mail and digital marketing channels • Ability to perform the physical and concentration-related duties described in the position • AAA Life Insurance Company does not offer immigration sponsorship; applicants must not currently require or potentially require employer-sponsored immigration support
