📋 Description

• Lead program management for the DOS Consular Affairs Passport Modernization Program • Oversee special projects for Passport teams in coordination with Regional Directors and Passport Analysts • Manage and track Consular Affairs projects through pre-order, order, and post-order phases • Support design intent workshops, new passport centers, agency moves, CXone technology rollouts, and hardware modernization • Coordinate installations, site access, logistics, P&L, scheduling, and reporting • Oversee multiple teams, including Passport program managers, Consular Affairs teams, and private-sector partners • Provide direct support to the Passport Agency Coordination Lead, Regional Directors, and Program Analysts • Travel at least 50% of the time to approximately 35 domestic passport-center locations and additional locations as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 18 years or more of related experience, or Master's degree and 16 years or more, or PhD/JD and 13 years or more • Alternative qualification statement also lists Bachelor's degree and 17 years of experience or Master's degree and 15 years of experience • Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • 10+ years of experience supporting federal agencies • Support to the U.S. Department of State preferred • Experience overseeing complex, multi-year project deployments • Experience with vendor and team management • Experience liaising between federal customers and private-sector partners/vendors • Must be a U.S. citizen • Must hold an active Secret Clearance • Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% of the time
