📋 Description

• Develop and execute multiple small to moderately sized initiatives and project plans • Drive conversion to functionally equivalent and cost-effective clinical and non-clinical goods and services • Support the Value Analysis Program through governance processes, operational infrastructure, implementation oversight, and program execution • Coordinate governance activities • Maintain standardized tools and reporting • Document decisions and approvals • Monitor implementation progress • Ensure adherence to governance standards • Work with clinical, sourcing, operational, and supplier stakeholders • Provide leadership, remove barriers, align priorities, and drive change • Manage timelines and provide escalation support for identified issues • Ensure approved value analysis initiatives are implemented across the enterprise

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care, Business, Supply Chain Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 5 years of project management experience in healthcare, information services, another relevant industry, or operations • Experience managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders • Preferred: 5 years of experience in health care
