📋 Description

• Drive systems and practices around how the organization runs and scales its impact • Own and drive analog systems supporting business operations • Build and ship systems and practices that streamline operations • Monitor and drive financial rigor through reporting and escalation • Own, maintain, build and scale communications practices across organizations and leadership teams • Own and plan internal events to support leaders’ desired outcomes • Contribute to company- and team-level planning activities • Collaborate across teams to solve operational challenges • Help teams onboard to new processes, tools and systems through SOPs, training materials and coaching

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing projects and programs with multiple stakeholders • Experience developing clear outcomes and gaining stakeholder alignment • Experience planning at the organization level with rigor and discipline in a continuous planning environment • Experience working with leaders through annual company-level planning exercises • Experience establishing outcomes for large events and executing them with excellence • Creative eye and attention to detail • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy • Experience evaluating tooling and associated costs • Experience onboarding teams to new processes, tools and systems using SOPs, training materials and coaching • Preferred: experience in procurement, finance and/or business operations • Transferable skills or related experience accepted from non-traditional backgrounds
