📋 Description

• Develop, execute, and continuously enhance end-to-end forecasting models using advanced analytical techniques, historical trends, business drivers, and documented methodologies • Lead advanced financial analytics, synthesizing KPI trends, risks, and opportunities into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior leadership • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather data and deliver clear, concise reporting • Present insights to leadership • Maintain thorough documentation of financial models, assumptions, and methodologies • Identify and drive process improvements through automation and streamlined data workflows • Enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of forecasting and reporting functions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field • 4–5 years of experience in corporate financial programs, reporting, analytics, and impact assessment • Advanced knowledge of data analysis and development of statistical and financial data for reporting and business recommendations • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills using Excel, Power BI, SQL, and/or Python/R • Experience building scalable forecasting solutions • Experience with financial systems and planning tools, including ERP systems and CPM platforms such as OneStream or similar • Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and reporting standards • Familiarity with statutory and GAAP accounting preferred • Life insurance industry experience considered a plus • Executive communication skills • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills • Must not currently require or potentially require employer-sponsored immigration support, including H-1B, TN, and STEM OPT
