• Support various phases of Site/Civil projects for energy clients in Pennsylvania, especially stormwater and erosion and sediment control design and permitting • Prepare stormwater and erosion and sediment control designs meeting local and state regulatory requirements • Assist with permitting documents, from zoning permits through NPDES stormwater permits • Perform technical aspects of project deliverables within scope, schedule, and budget • Coordinate with project team members for successful project execution and delivery • Assist with project phase completion and quality assurance compliance • Perform field work and attend client or public meetings as needed • Analyze and interpret field data and project information and present findings clearly • Meet internal and external project deadlines • Implement established QA/QC procedures • Communicate schedule, budget, or quality challenges to project managers and senior team members • Support stormwater design projects considering local regulations and design standards • Analyze and interpret stormwater modeling results for project development and capital improvement planning
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Biosystems Engineering, or a related engineering discipline • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in site civil, stormwater, water resources, or related engineering projects • Demonstrated interest and progress toward obtaining Professional Engineer (PE) licensure • Strong understanding of stormwater management and erosion and sediment control design principles • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Ability to work effectively with clients, project team members, and internal stakeholders • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D • Proficiency with hydraulic and hydrologic modeling software such as Hydraflow, HydroCAD, or similar platforms • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to evaluate technical information and develop sound engineering recommendations • Experience supporting multidisciplinary project teams is preferred • Familiarity with Pennsylvania stormwater regulations, NPDES permitting, and erosion and sediment control requirements is preferred • Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country where the job is located • Visa sponsorship is not provided
