📋 Description

• Support governance for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, Copilot for Sales, and enterprise AI agent onboarding • Document Copilot licensing, premium capabilities, agent usage limits, connector settings, and governance recommendations • Review and help configure agent deployment workflows from sandbox creation through production deployment, access, updates, and undeployment • Support governance controls for agent sharing, publishing, channel deployment, and approval workflows through ServiceNow tickets and security reviews • Coordinate with security stakeholders on conditional access, DLP, Defender analysis, agent blueprints, and onboarding approvals • Manage and document Power Platform governance for environments, roles, DLP policies, connectors, and tenant-level controls • Maintain Power Platform and Copilot governance catalogues, tracking sheets, Jira-linked planning, feature tracking, and production-readiness activities • Support Dataverse storage and capacity monitoring and threshold-based alerting • Support Microsoft Fabric governance covering workspaces, roles, capacity, domains, tags, external sharing, and identities • Document Fabric onboarding materials, knowledge bases, FAQs, end-user instructions, communications, ServiceNow catalogues, and business guidance • Support Fabric capacity and licensing discussions and usage monitoring • Troubleshoot Fabric Data Agent behavior, Copilot deployment differences, agent instruction discrepancies, model response differences, and Microsoft support escalations • Assist with Fabric Data Agent testing, stakeholder validation, output comparison, dashboard validation, and anomaly documentation • Support ServiceNow catalogue design, readiness, approval workflows, production readiness, security queues, and QA validation • Support AI and Copilot security controls and document policy decisions involving DSPM, DLP, Purview, Defender, SharePoint Advanced Management, and conditional access

🎯 Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric governance • Hands-on understanding of Power Platform environments, roles, connectors, DLP policies, managed environments, and tenant-level governance controls • Experience with Microsoft Fabric workspaces, capacity concepts, licensing, domains/subdomains, workspace naming, and Fabric Data Agent governance • Practical knowledge of Copilot Studio agent deployment, publishing, sandbox-to-production workflows, and ticket-based access management • Ability to support ServiceNow catalogue design, ITSM documentation, approval workflows, and production-readiness tracking • Understanding of IAM, conditional access, Defender, Purview/DLP, DSPM, Shadow AI controls, and agent onboarding governance • Strong troubleshooting skills for platform issues, licensing constraints, access issues, agent response discrepancies, and Microsoft support escalations • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills across IT Operations, Security, business users, and Microsoft support teams • Experience creating or maintaining governance artefacts such as Excel tracking sheets, Jira-linked epics, ServiceNow catalogue definitions, knowledge base folders, FAQs, and communication drafts • Experience with Fabric Data Agent, Copilot for Sales, Salesforce integration conversations, semantic model instructions, and agent validation against dashboards • Experience working with Microsoft support / FastTrack on Copilot, Fabric, and AI agent governance issues • Familiarity with Graph API/Postman concepts for tenant-level operations • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field • Preferred certifications include Microsoft 365 Administrator / Endpoint / Security, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric / Power BI, ITIL Foundation or ITSM-related, and security, compliance, or identity-related Microsoft certifications
