📋 Description

• Marketing Operations & Technology • Own and manage marketing automation platforms, including campaign execution, workflows, and system optimization • Establish and maintain marketing data governance, including lead routing, lifecycle stages, and data quality standards • Partner with Sales Operations to align marketing systems and CRM processes • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to track marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and campaign effectiveness • Define and standardize key marketing KPIs and reporting frameworks • Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and return on investment • Lead project management for brand integration of acquired companies • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, acquired brands, and business units

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or related roles • Experience managing Hubspot marketing technology platforms (e.g., marketing automation, CRM systems) • Experience in reporting, analytics, and performance measurement • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or programs.
