📋 Description

• Lead the proposal process for identified opportunities to professionally position Woolpert for work. • Analyze and outline solicitation documents and develop pursuit schedules. • Coordinate technical solution and content development and engage creative resources. • Develop draft proposal documents and lead color review meetings. • Ensure established quality assurance/quality processes are followed. • Participate in pursuit pre-RFP meetings. • Maintain opportunity, project, and staff data in the firm ERP database. • Coordinate shortlist interview preparation with the marketing manager and creative team. • Coordinate technical writing assignments with subject matter leadership. • Perform cross-market compliant QA/QC reviews. • Identify and support creation of reusable content. • Research ERP data for experience, teaming, and client history for proposals. • Participate in capture planning to develop proposal solutions and win themes. • Support proposal process improvement through lessons learned and client debriefs. • Mentor proposal coordinators and interns. • Lead increasingly complex pursuit submissions, including IDIQ and recompete submissions. • Collaborate with market leaders, program directors, project managers, technical SMEs, and other department resources. • Report to the Head of Industry Pursuits.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in relevant field and 5-8 years technical/AEC industry experience or 12+ years relevant AEC experience. • Specific federal/government proposal experience and federal contracting vehicle knowledge required (SF330, GSA, IDIQ, OASIS+ BPA, OTA, etc.). • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with ability to work in a team environment, positively influence others, and develop strong internal and external relationships. • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines. • Proficient with Microsoft Office, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat. • Excellent problem-solving skills, time management, organizational, and record-keeping skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly driven environment and adapt quickly to changing conditions and priorities. • High level of self-motivation. • Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located. • Visa sponsorship is not provided.
