📋 Description

• Support the rapidly growing Data Center’s Smart Power business • Start up and lead all on-site activities for large/complex project site work • Ensure cost-effective execution of project deliverables according to contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements • Manage on-site presence throughout the project • Coordinate smooth execution of all work activities during start-up, construction/erection, and commissioning • Maintain a detailed, up-to-date site Health & Safety plan for each work package • Manage ABB technicians and subcontractors across multiple sites to achieve required quality and progress • Plan on-site activities with the Site Team, including local resources, equipment, and milestones • Manage the on-site activity budget and meet margin targets • Coordinate customer and external resource agreements on construction targets, health and safety, site organization, and policy • Handle customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally • Maintain good customer relationships in alignment with Service and Quality Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field; PMP certification and equivalent work experience will be considered in place of Bachelor's degree • 10+ years of experience working in project and/or construction management or field service • Data center or large scale construction experience strongly preferred • Must be able to travel up to an estimated 30% of the time • Advanced level of ability to use Microsoft Office products • Strong understanding of UPS, STS and PDU equipment site commissioning preferred • Expected to reside in one of the listed areas and regularly visit construction sites
