📋 Description

• Execute service work according to work instructions and ABB quality and safety guidelines • Deliver quality customer service and execute service work according to customer orders and expectations • Communicate service work timelines and expectations to support customer retention • Work on-site with customers to identify operational improvement opportunities and eliminate pain points • Perform field service tasks, identify technical issues, and conduct certified on-site troubleshooting • Prepare material lists and ensure materials, parts, and equipment meet quality standards and are available • Execute installation, commissioning, maintenance, repairs, extensions, upgrades, retrofits, end-of-life services, and replacements • Build and maintain positive customer relationships • Identify potential new sales opportunities and communicate them internally • Detect potential equipment failures and recommend corrective actions • Identify and suggest product and quality improvements • Recommend operational and customer service improvements to management • Follow safety and environmental practices and promptly report unsafe practices and incidents

🎯 Requirements

• Certificate in Skilled Trades (electrical and electronics certificate preferred) • OSHA 30 certification required • Ability to interact and communicate written and verbal information to varying levels within the organization • Ability to use Microsoft Office products • Ability to Project Manage using MS Project or Excel preferred • Advanced ability to stay organized and meet deadlines on administrative duties • Works with a sense of urgency and ownership until the job is complete • Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
