📋 Description
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the training journey • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs and develop accurate and relevant training content • Lead a hybrid model of training between the trainer and subject matter experts to ensure effective delivery of technical training programs • Develop materials and coordinate logistics • Tailor training content to audience needs • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions • Gather feedback, assess effectiveness, and continuously improve content • Empower customers and partners with knowledge through hands-on training on low- and medium-voltage electrical distribution products
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field • Minimum 6 years of experience in electrical and/or technical industry • Knowledge of electrical distribution system equipment and applications is highly desirable • Strong communication and presentation skills • Self-sufficiency and motivation; ability to take initiative and own outcomes • Willingness to travel up to 30% across North America • Ability to work independently from any location • Candidates must already have work authorization permitting them to work for ABB in the US
