📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of training and capability-building initiatives aligned with business transformation goals • Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning programs • Create training materials, job aids, assessments, and process documentation • Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to translate processes and systems into effective learning solutions • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, and supporting documentation • Establish and manage onboarding, upskilling, and role-based development programs • Coordinate training schedules, communications, and learning events across the organization • Maintain training content and resources within the Learning Management System • Monitor training participation, compliance, and effectiveness using learner and business performance metrics • Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional development across US ELSE Services • Report to the Business Excellence Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, training, or organizational capability building • Strong skills in facilitation, content development, stakeholder engagement, and project management • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Experience creating professional training materials and documentation • Ability to translate complex processes and systems into clear, effective learning experiences • Preferred: experience developing or delivering Salesforce training and knowledge of Salesforce configuration, workflows, and best practices • Preferred: experience with Empower or comparable quoting, proposal, commercial workflow, or CPQ platforms • Preferred: experience designing competency models, role-based learning pathways, capability frameworks, and career development structures • Preferred: experience supporting commercial operations, sales operations, proposal management, order management, or contract management functions • Preferred: experience with Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, or AI-assisted content development platforms • Preferred: experience in business transformation, process improvement, or change management programs • Preferred: knowledge of Empower, ABB systems, or industrial/electrical services industry context
