📋 Description

• Work with Training Development Leads to understand resources and deliver instructional content for assigned courses • Identify, learn, and share best practices in the Microsoft 365 environment one-on-one or in remote classroom settings • Research solutions to student questions regarding commercial off-the-shelf technology, primarily Microsoft 365 and related applications • Coordinate follow-up with training attendees to support their use of commercial off-the-shelf products • Review and revise supporting documentation and store it in Teams or SharePoint Online • Manage and administer the electronic training calendar • Document training metrics, including attendance, classes per month, and student survey response rates • Support the coordination, development, and delivery of computer-related training • Provide second-level support and coordinate training with Help Desks • Provide standards, services, and guidance for IT-related training programs • Develop, deliver, and coordinate training courses and materials addressing agency needs • Train classes and develop training job aids on demand • Conduct one-to-one mentoring sessions online or by phone • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited post-secondary institution or program • 7 to 9 years of experience leading complex projects in the subject area of expertise • Minimum 7 years of overall experience • Minimum 7 years of specific experience in the field • Fluency with Microsoft 365 and associated apps • Ability to deliver training remotely via MS Teams or Zoom using Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) • Ability to create non-interactive video-based training materials • Ability to deliver instructional content in organized and logical steps • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills • Experience creating multimedia content using Camtasia or other authoring tools • Familiarity with Google Workspace helpful • Ability to develop training/job aids on demand • Ability to conduct one-to-one mentoring sessions online or over the phone • Knowledge of training development, including course design, training syllabus, and ADDIE instructional system design model • Thorough knowledge of appropriate hardware and software • Understanding of computer functions and related technical terminology • Exceptional interpersonal skills and superior oral and written communication skills • Ability to gain a Help Desk Institute (HDI) certification within 30/60 days • Help Desk Institute (HDI) certification desired • Minimum clearance to start: Public Trust • Must be a US Citizen
