📋 Description

• Support clinical curation of databases, test menus, and multi-gene panels according to professional guidelines • Collaborate with client-facing and laboratory teams to maintain clinical information across the company website, test ordering portals, requisition forms, clinical reports, and electronic health record integrations • Abstract clinical information to support phenotype-driven testing products • Serve as a subject matter expert on ethical considerations in genetic testing, including informed consent, privacy, data sharing, incidental findings, and equity of access • Help develop laboratory policies and practices related to genetic testing ethics • Collaborate with molecular geneticists and other departments to deliver timely, high-quality test results • Support creation of reports, publications, and training materials • Provide insight into clinical utility and educational formats to improve patient outcomes • Contribute to the design, research, review, and writing of department procedures • Ensure and monitor compliance with CLIA and CAP regulations, including Ethical, Legal, and Social Implications • Represent and champion company initiatives and projects • Support and comply with Quality Management System policies and procedures • Uphold company mission and values

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Genetic Counseling • ABGC/CCGC Board Certified or eligible • 1+ years of relevant professional experience in the capacity outlined in the Essential Duties • Currently authorized to work in the country where work will be performed on a full or part-time basis • No employment visa sponsorship or sponsorship takeover available • Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation • Ability to work a designated schedule • Ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed • Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 100% of a typical working day • Ability to travel 10% of working time away from the work location • Ability to act with an inclusion mindset • Regular and reliable attendance
