📋 Description

• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, role-plays, and meetings for sales personnel • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and make improvements • Collect and incorporate feedback from trainees and sales leadership • Assess training needs and identify skill gaps within the sales team • Collaborate with sales leadership to align training with business objectives • Design and develop structured training curricula aligned with company sales goals • Create presentations, manuals, SOPs, e-learning modules, and role-plays • Develop and use assessment tools to evaluate training effectiveness and learner comprehension • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align training with business strategy • Manage training materials, products, and budgets • Ensure training content complies with medical, legal, and regulatory standards • Coach and support sales representatives to reinforce training concepts and improve performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 4 years of experience in training or in a related medical device area • 5+ years of experience in sales, sales training, sales management, or other related roles • Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or other related roles • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools • Knowledge of medical devices and healthcare industry standards • Strong project management and organizational skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to develop and deliver engaging training materials • Knowledge of adult learning principles • Knowledge of the MLR review process • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training software is a plus
