📋 Description

• Perform business systems design and configuration, upgrades, and improvements for low-complexity applications • Estimate and assess the impact of requested changes to assigned business systems or platforms • Guide workflow design, configure and test system changes, and analyze technical issues • Develop new processes and procedures with leadership and business teams • Create and maintain technical and system documentation • Contribute to peer design and code reviews • Identify and resolve application issues affecting application and other teams • Liaise with business stakeholders and software vendor implementation staff • Identify opportunities to improve business workflows through technology • Develop, document, and participate in training for end users • Troubleshoot problems and questions and provide status updates • Provide end-user production support through issue-tracking systems • Review project and issue status with project leadership • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and project leadership • Support the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures • Maintain regular and reliable attendance • Travel 5% of working time, potentially including overnight/weekend travel

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree • 3+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role • Demonstrated understanding of industry best practices • Strong computer skills, including internet navigation and email usage • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs • Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship • Ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed • Ability to work on a computer and phone simultaneously • Ability to use a mobile device, tablet, or computer screen and type for approximately 90% of a typical working day • Ability and means to travel between local Exact Sciences locations • Preferred: experience configuring business systems software in life sciences, health care, or related industries • Preferred: applicable Epic certifications, especially Cheers, MyChart, and Care Everywhere • Preferred: professional working knowledge in health care or biotechnology • Preferred: professional working knowledge of agile delivery methodologies
