📋 Description

• Provide engineering, sales, educational, and technical support for EP products • Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business • Build and sustain credible business relationships with customers • Provide clinical support in response to field inquiries • Maintain thorough knowledge of EP products, related technology, trends, and competitors • Develop, lead, and facilitate trainings and programs for healthcare professionals • Provide market feedback and guidance on next-generation products • Provide regional EP procedural case coverage • Support EP Sales Representatives with sales support, training seminars, clinical studies and data collection, troubleshooting, and new product in-service training • Develop engineering, sales, and technical skills related to the Arrhythmia Management strategy • Assist with advanced educational seminars, educational materials, and product demonstrations • Monitor developments in the field, regulatory requirements, company and competitor products, markets, and industry trends • Resolve problems and identify causes to prevent recurrence • Monitor performance and report status to the manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, related field or equivalent healthcare experience required • Ability to become certified on EP products • Minimum of two years increasingly responsible experience in the cardiac pacing and related industries • Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures • Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol • Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems • Engineering skills to interpret and solve complex clinical problems • Comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills • Ability to meet deadlines, concentrate on detail, and work independently • Ability to work effectively with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers • Ability to coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously • Comprehensive personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office or equivalent, graphics, word-processing, databases, and authoring programs • Verification of satisfaction of vendor credentialing requirements, which may include COVID-19 vaccination
