📋 Description

• Provide clinical and technical support in hospital settings using EP technology to treat cardiac arrhythmias • Provide regional EP procedural case coverage in electrophysiology labs and/or operating rooms • Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and Abbott’s business • Build and sustain clinical relationships with customers and share product expertise • Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for Abbott EP products • Support EP Sales Representatives through collaboration, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, troubleshooting, and product trainings or demonstrations • Develop engineering, sales, and technical skills aligned with territory strategy • Maintain knowledge of industry developments, regulatory requirements, company and competitor products, market trends, and strategic goals • Provide management with market and customer insights to inform strategy and product development • Communicate work status, insights, feedback, and results to managers and the team • Travel occasionally for in-person instruction and live procedure coverage

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Verification that all vendor credentialing requirements will be satisfied • May require COVID-19 vaccination for vendor credentialing • Ability to provide clinical and technical support for electrophysiology products • Willingness and ability to travel; role indicates 50% travel • Ability to work in electrophysiology labs and/or operating room settings • Ability to learn EP product technical details, software utilization, and capabilities • Ability to support physicians, nurses, hospital staff, sales representatives, and other healthcare professionals
