📋 Description

• Provide engineering, sales, educational, and technical support for EP products in response to inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff • Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business • Build and sustain credible business relationships with customers and share product expertise • Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for field inquiries • Develop, lead, and facilitate EP product trainings and programs for healthcare professionals • Provide market feedback and guidance to management for next-generation products • Provide regional EP procedural case coverage • Back up EP Sales Representatives with sales support, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, troubleshooting, and new product in-service training • Continuously develop engineering, sales, and technical skills related to Arrhythmia Management • Assist Training and Education departments with advanced seminars and educational materials • Assist Sales with advanced product demonstrations • Monitor developments in the field, regulatory requirements, company and competitor products, markets, objectives, and industry trends • Resolve or facilitate resolution of problems and identify causes to prevent recurrence • Plan, organize, perform, and monitor work independently; report status to manager • Perform related functions as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, related field or equivalent healthcare experience required • Ability to become certified on EP products • Minimum of two years of increasingly responsible experience in the cardiac pacing and related industries • Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures • Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol • Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems • Engineering skills and abilities to interpret and solve complex clinical problems • Comprehensive written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills • Ability to meet deadlines, concentrate on detail, and work independently • Ability to work effectively with engineers, technical specialists, vendors, and customers • Ability to coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively • Comprehensive personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office or equivalent, graphics, word-processing, databases, and authoring programs • Verification of satisfaction of vendor credentialing requirements, which may include COVID-19 vaccination
