📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot diagnostic instruments • Complete installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs • Diagnose technical problems, document resolutions, and close service calls within defined timelines • Manage customer issues through resolution or escalation • Plan and prioritize service visits and maintain accurate inventory • Support on-call rotation, after-hours coverage, and travel for training or critical account support • Follow regulatory, quality system, and laboratory safety guidelines • Maintain documentation for audits • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor other Field Service Representatives • Meet service sales, cost-of-service, and KPI targets • Use remote support tools to maximize instrument uptime • Maintain certifications through ongoing training and development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience • 2-5 years of experience in Engineering or Laboratory Technology • Ability to travel 50% within the assigned territory • Valid driver’s license • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with laboratory instrumentation • Ability to work independently and thrive in team environments • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, VPN, and remote troubleshooting tools • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to live within the St. Petersburg, Florida territory
