• Provide technical, clinical, educational, and sales support to drive adoption and growth of Abbott leadless technology • Educate physicians, nurses, educators, and other healthcare providers on leadless pacing indications and patient selection • Provide procedural support according to instructions for use, trial protocol, and best practices • Assist with education and training activities for Abbott personnel • Monitor and communicate clinical data regarding leadless cardiac rhythm management products • Coordinate, deliver, and implement programs and resources supporting market expansion and therapy access • Provide market intelligence for therapy training and expansion plans • Liaise with marketing on technology improvements and next-generation product feedback • Complete administrative reporting • Plan and organize work, monitor performance, and report status • Apply business practices to ensure success and cost effectiveness • Ensure compliance with Abbott policies and practices
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or engineering, or equivalent/related experience • Minimum 3 years of clinical medical device experience or equivalent, ideally with CRM products • Comprehensive ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex devices • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with others • High level of comfort navigating medical environments, including labs and hospital settings • Proven success leading and influencing customers • Ability to provide confident guidance and course correction as needed • Ability to prepare and present effective written and verbal communications • Thorough familiarity with medical device industry policies, operations, and procedures • Expert verbal, written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Working knowledge of frequently used personal computer programs and applications, such as Microsoft Office • Considerable business travel required • Previous cardiac leadless device training/education certification or designation preferred • Previous sales experience and/or demonstrated business acumen preferred
