📋 Description

• Apoiar a execução do plano estratégico de contas, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento sustentável das relações com clientes-chave. • Conduzir diagnósticos estruturados junto aos stakeholders das contas, identificando oportunidades de crescimento. • Identificar e desenvolver oportunidades de negócio, garantindo execução disciplinada e cumprimento das metas estabelecidas. • Monitorar tendências de mercado e movimentos competitivos, compartilhando insights com a liderança para suporte à tomada de decisão. • Gerenciar contas de médio porte com complexidade intermediária, executando planos de negócio estruturados.

🎯 Requirements

• Superior completo. • Experiência em vendas na indústria farmacêutica, preferencialmente com estética, dermatologia e/ou cirurgia plástica. • Domínio de políticas, negociações e precificações comerciais. • Identifique proativamente o estilo e comportamento do cliente e adapte rapidamente todos os aspectos da abordagem de vendas. • Oferece ideias e soluções inovadoras para maximizar as oportunidades de negócio e abordar os desafios. • Opera eficazmente em um ambiente matricial. • Lidera com o exemplo; mostra constantemente comportamentos positivos e coaching entre pares e com a gestão. • Se valorizará o domínio do inglês oral e escrito. • Disponibilidade de viagem: Sede Fortaleza, com viagens para o estado do Ceará, Rio Grande do Norte e Maranhão. • CNH ativa.
