âą Map target organizations and identify key stakeholders; âą Research accounts and prepare for outreach based on client structure and potential; âą Execute high-volume outbound activities (phone, email, social outreach, LinkedIn); âą Use research, automation, and CRM tools to manage and track outreach; âą Book meetings with decision-makers and build a strong sales pipeline from assigned deals; âą Lead conversations and qualify opportunities; âą Close / sign the deals.
âą At least 2 years of experience in sales and signing deals âą Proven experience with cold calling and speaking to mid- to senior-level decision-makers âą Ability to conduct independent research and account mapping âą Understanding of the full sales process - from activity, to meetings, to conversion âą Comfortable working with outbound and productivity tools âą Sales experience in digital marketing (ideally performance marketing) will be of great benefit âą Highly motivated, proactive, resilient, coachable, and eager to learn âą Strong English language skills.
