• Drive strategic planning, operational alignment, and execution excellence across the organization • Support development and execution of annual account planning and strategic planning processes • Establish planning frameworks and tools for consistent account planning across Area Access channel management and trade • Coordinate strategic planning milestones, follow-up actions, and deliverables across multiple teams • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear ownership and accountability • Support account teams in preparing for key customer engagements and planning sessions • Maintain visibility to customer priorities, action items, and strategic initiatives • Develop and manage tools, templates, and best practices that improve planning effectiveness • Identify and share successful approaches and best practices across teams • Coordinate Account Teams, Payer Strategy, Cross-Portfolio Strategy, and other Market Access functions • Facilitate customer-specific and cross-customer initiatives requiring multiple stakeholders • Align planning cycles, business reviews, and strategic initiatives across therapeutic areas • Track initiatives through project management, communication, and issue resolution • Establish resources and operational alignment supporting the Area Access and Trade account management model • Lead development and implementation of consistent planning processes and tools • Support creation and maintenance of effective Ways of Working across account teams and headquarters partners • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve coordination, and enhance organizational effectiveness • Partner with training and learning teams on scalable capability-building approaches • Define engagement models, expectations, and roles for training resources • Coordinate follow-up planning and execution after Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid Summits • Track actions, decisions, and strategic commitments across therapeutic areas • Support implementation of Summit outputs and strategic initiatives across business units • Drive accountability and visibility for cross-portfolio priorities • Translate Summit outputs, customer insights, and market access priorities into field education, planning resources, and capability-building activities
• Bachelor’s Degree required • MBA or Master’s Degree preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Market Access, Account Management, Sales Leadership, Commercial Operations, Strategic Planning, or a related commercial function • Track record leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution • Experience working effectively across matrixed organizations and influencing without direct authority • Demonstrated project management, planning, and organizational effectiveness experience • Strong communication and presentation skills, including interaction with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to simplify complex issues and translate strategy into actionable plans • Exceptional planning, organization, and project management skills • Proven ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive execution in a dynamic environment • Experience navigating matrix organizations and leading initiatives through influence rather than authority • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across functions and organizational levels • Sound judgment, business acumen, and ability to connect disparate issues into practical solutions • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver results under tight timelines • High degree of professionalism, emotional intelligence, discretion, and organizational savvy • Self-starter with intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and continuous improvement mindset • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other business productivity tools
