• Proactively engage allied healthcare professionals with product and disease education supporting patient management before, during, and after approved therapies • Provide ongoing education and resources on patient management, dosing and administration, and side-effect management • Collaborate with field teams within ways-of-working guidelines • Serve as a strategic education leader across academic and community oncology accounts • Develop customized educational plans based on account dynamics and clinical insights • Educate clinicians on patient identification, approved therapies, product preparation and administration, adverse-event mitigation, monitoring, and management • Educate patient care teams on initiating and managing patients according to product protocols • Deliver clinical education through one-to-one presentations, in-services, round-table discussions, podium presentations, and other approved methods • Document and share clinical insights using strategic questioning and active listening • Attend and provide clinical information or presentations at internal national, regional, and local meetings • Support training initiatives and improve internal sales-team clinical competencies • Collaborate across sales, marketing, clinical operations, medical, and clinical value and evidence functions • Potentially educate patients in patient advocacy meeting settings using approved materials • Document customer interactions and educational activities and manage allocated resources • Travel throughout Los Angeles North, Bakersfield, Fresno, Stockton, Modesto, and surrounding California areas
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, NP, PA or PharmD required • Master's degree preferred • Current active HCP license • 7+ years clinical oncology/hematology experience • Recent clinical Hematology experience required • Recent multiple myeloma experience preferred • Experience in academic and/or community oncology practice working with Hematology/Oncology patients • Excellent communication, objective setting, influencing, business acumen, analytical, and presentation skills • Experience adapting to change and embracing learning • Experience interpreting clinical and pharmacoeconomic data • Knowledge of evolving oncology market trends and effects on providers and patients • Experience operating within a cross-functional team • Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously with efficient time management • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications • Ability to travel 50% of the time, including overnight and occasional weekend travel • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record • Authorization and ability to drive a company-leased vehicle or rental • Needed work authorization for the United States
