• Proactively engage allied healthcare professionals with product and disease education supporting patient management before, during, and after approved therapies • Provide ongoing education and resources on patient management, dosing and administration, and side-effect management • Collaborate with field teams within ways-of-working guidelines to support allied healthcare clinicians • Serve as a strategic education leader across academic and community oncology accounts • Develop customized educational plans based on account dynamics and clinical insights • Educate clinicians on patient identification and approved therapies for hematologic and solid-tumor malignancies • Educate care teams on product preparation, administration, adverse-event mitigation, monitoring, and management • Educate patient care teams on initiating and managing patients according to product protocols • Interpret and communicate approved clinical education topics to diverse audiences • Provide disease-state education covering diagnosis and management • Deliver approved 1:1 presentations, in-services, round-table discussions, and podium presentations • Document and share clinical insights using strategic questioning and active listening • Attend and provide clinical information or presentations at internal national, regional, and local meetings • Support exhibit booths and displays as appropriate • Enhance clinical training initiatives and internal sales-team competencies • Collaborate across oncology business functions including sales, marketing, clinical operations, medical, and clinical value and evidence • Potentially educate patients in patient advocacy meeting settings using approved materials • Document customer interactions and educational activities and manage allocated resources
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, NP, PA, or PharmD required • Master’s degree preferred • Current active HCP license • 7+ years of clinical oncology/hematology experience • Recent clinical hematology experience required • Recent multiple myeloma experience preferred • Experience in academic and/or community oncology practice working with hematology/oncology patients • Excellent communication, objective-setting, influencing, business acumen, analytical, and presentation skills • Experience adapting to change and embracing learning • Experience interpreting clinical and pharmacoeconomic data • Awareness of oncology market trends and their effects on providers and patients • Experience operating within a cross-functional team • Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously with efficient time management • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications • Ability to travel 50% of the time, including overnight travel and occasional weekends • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • Required authorization and ability to drive a company-leased vehicle or rental vehicle
