📋 Description

• Proactively engage allied healthcare professionals with product and disease education supporting patient management before, during, and after approved therapies • Provide ongoing education and resources on patient management, dosing and administration, and side-effect management • Collaborate with field teams within ways-of-working guidelines to support allied healthcare clinicians • Serve as a strategic education leader across academic and community oncology accounts • Develop customized educational plans based on account dynamics and clinical insights • Educate clinicians on patient identification and approved therapies for hematologic and solid-tumor malignancies • Educate on preparation, administration, adverse-event mitigation, monitoring, and management • Educate patient-care teams on treatment initiation and patient management protocols • Interpret and communicate clinical education topics to diverse audiences using approved materials • Provide disease-state education on diagnosis and patient management • Deliver approved education programs through presentations, in-services, roundtables, and podium presentations • Document and share clinical insights using strategic questioning and active listening • Attend and provide clinical information or presentations at internal national, regional, and local meetings • Support exhibit booths and displays as appropriate • Enhance internal sales-team clinical training and competencies • Collaborate across oncology business functions including sales, marketing, clinical operations, medical, and clinical value and evidence • Potentially educate patients in patient advocacy meeting settings using approved materials • Document customer interactions and educational activities and manage allocated resources

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, NP, PA, or PharmD required • Current active HCP license • 7+ years of clinical oncology/hematology experience • Recent clinical hematology experience required • Recent multiple myeloma experience preferred • Experience in academic and/or community oncology practice working with hematology/oncology patients • Excellent communication, objective-setting, influencing, business acumen, analytical, and presentation skills • Experience adapting to change and embracing learning • Experience interpreting clinical and pharmacoeconomic data • Ability to recognize evolving oncology market trends and their effects on providers and patients • Experience operating within a cross-functional team • Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously with efficient time management • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications • Ability to travel 50% of the time, including overnight travel and occasional weekends • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record • Needed authorization and ability to drive a company-leased vehicle or rental • Must live within a reasonable distance from the primary state • Eligible to work in the United States
