âą Proactively engage allied healthcare professionals with product and disease education supporting patient management before, during, and after approved therapies âą Provide ongoing education and resources on patient management, dosing and administration, and side-effect management âą Collaborate with field teams within ways-of-working guidelines âą Serve as a strategic education leader across academic and community oncology accounts âą Develop customized educational plans based on account dynamics and clinical insights âą Educate clinicians on patient identification and approved therapies for hematologic and solid tumor malignancies âą Educate on product preparation, administration, adverse-event mitigation, monitoring, and management âą Educate patient care teams on initiating and managing patients according to product protocols âą Deliver approved clinical education through one-to-one presentations, in-services, round-table discussions, and podium presentations âą Document and share clinical insights using strategic questioning and active listening âą Attend and present clinical information at internal national, regional, and local meetings âą Support exhibit booths and displays as appropriate âą Enhance clinical training initiatives and internal sales-team competencies âą Collaborate with sales, marketing, clinical operations, medical, and clinical value and evidence teams âą Potentially provide approved patient education in advocacy meeting settings âą Document customer interactions and educational activities and manage allocated resources
âą Bachelor's degree in nursing, NP, PA, or PharmD required âą Current active HCP license âą 7+ years of clinical oncology/hematology experience âą Recent clinical hematology experience required âą Recent multiple myeloma experience preferred âą Experience in academic and/or community oncology practice working with hematology/oncology patients âą Excellent communication, objective setting, influencing, business acumen, analytical, and presentation skills âą Experience adapting to change and embracing learning âą Experience interpreting clinical and pharmacoeconomic data âą Ability to recognize evolving oncology market trends and their effects on providers and patients âą Experience operating within a cross-functional team âą Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously with efficient time management âą Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant applications âą Ability to travel 50% of the time, including overnight travel and occasional weekends âą Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record âą Needed authorization and ability to drive a company leased vehicle or rental
